Pricing:
Our prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and payments made will be processed in NZD. The pricing details for conversion will be listed as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to alter the pricing of our products.
 
Product details:
Gigi & Palmer take great care of taking image shots and portraying colours as accurately as possible, due to colour variance between different monitors we cannot guarantee that the monitors display you are viewing our product on will be completely accurate.
 
Availability:
Images used for Gigi & Palmer marketing both on the website and social media does not ensure the availability of the product, this is subject consumer want and stock levels. Please contact us on sales@gigiandpalmer.com for any further enquiries.
 
 Orders:
All orders processed online from Gigi & Palmer will be taken in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Orders will require your full name, postal address for delivery, valid email address for order confirmation & updates, contact number details, and credit card details. See our privacy policy for more information.
We hold the right to accept or reject any order made through the Gigi & Palmer website
Once your order has been made they cannot be cancelled, see our refunds and returns policy for more information.
 
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties when the order reaches it destination country based on your country’s controls and regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer. Gigi & Palmer have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
 
Pre-orders & Custom orders: 
Pre-orders and Custom orders come under the following terms and conditions.
Custom orders are final sale items so they are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
If your custom order has a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to an assessment of the garment for repair. If the garment is deemed unrepairable a full refund with proof of fault (by way of email and photos) and by returning faulty item to Gigi & Palmer. Original shipping costs of return are non-refundable.
 
Returns and Exchanges:
Gigi & Palmer aims to satisfy the customer with a quality product that you love and that meets your expectations. We want to make the online shopping process easy for you as a customer so if you have any questions or are unsure about the fit, require specific measurements or want extra photos before you purchase online send us an email at sales@gigiandpalmer.com
 
If you receive your garment and are unhappy with your order, we understand, online shopping can be hard when you haven’t tried the garment on, so we are here to help you out. 
Due to limited runs of stock, we can't always guarantee we will be able to exchange sizes for you, but contact our team and we will do our best to ensure you are happy or alter your garment to best fit you (fit issue dependant). 
Contact us at and let us know what wasn’t quite right for you so we can continually try to improve our designs and garments for you.
 
Terms of return:
  • Items are unworn, unused, in original packaging and with all tags still attached.
  • Please be careful when trying on the garments as we are unable to accept returns where there is any makeup or tan marks, or perfume scent on the garments.
  • Items are returned within: (returns after these dates will not be accepted)
14 days of purchase for New Zealand
20 days of purchase for Australia
31 days of purchase for all other countries
  • Customers must inform the Gigi & Palmer team via email prior to sending the return.
  • Sale items are a final sale so they are not eligible for a refund unless faulty, however, sizing can be difficult sometimes so we will accommodate exchanges were we can depending on the available stock.
  • We can offer returns on afterpay, however, if you are wanting an exchange on a garment that was purchased with afterpay we will process a refund of the items returned and you will need to repurchase.
 
To process a return or refund:
  • Contact the G&P team via email stating the reason for returns, (within the return times listed in terms of return) and include your order number.
  • For exchanges please contact us via email with the specific garment/size/colour you are wanting to exchange your order for. Please note due to stock we can not guarantee the availability of the garment you are wanting, however, we will do our best to fulfil your request.
  • Once returns or exchanges have been responded to we ask that you use tracking services for your garments as we do not take responsibility for any lost items during your returns postage.
  • When we received your garment/s the G&P team will be in contact with you regarding if your garment meets out returns policy and begin the process.
 
If the garment/s from the order meet these standards then we are able to offer you a full refund or an exchange (to the same value or higher), shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline a refund for the above reasons.
 It is at customers the risk and cost to return the garment/s, all parcels containing returns should be tracked with the tracking number provided to the Gigi & Palmer team once they have notified them of return. Please note that Gigi & Palmer do not take responsibility for orders lost in the post during return.
